Macintosh Maintenance [54121] You don't have to be a troubleshooting expert to keep your Mac running smoothly. Avoid downtime and costly repairs by learning to perform basic preventive maintenance and simple fix-it procedures to minimize potential problems. Topics include updating software, using the Disk Utility program, replacing damaged preference files, starting up from a different disk, how to handle a computer hang, and what to do if you forget your login password. Prerequisite: 54101/11 or equivalent experience.
