Appetizers offer an intensely flavored introduction to the table. This hands-on course offers students the opportunity to discover appetizers and small dishes and how they are a part of almost every style of cuisine. Our menu will introduce you to recipes such as: Stir Fry Shrimp in Endive Cups, Spicy Mexican Pizza, Blue Cheese Dip with Smoked Almonds and Crostini, Pancetta e Mozzarella, Tocchetti, and more. Note: A food fee of $15 will be collected at the start of the class meeting.
