Courses: Personal Enrichment: Communication

The Enneagram I [04346] The Enneagram, meaning "9 ways" is a remarkable tool for understanding yourself and others. It offers insight into unconscious habits and thought patterns which limit our capacity to live full and productive lives. This course is an introduction to the nine personality types outlined by this ancient psychological system. We will explore the three foundations from which these nine types emerge, and look in depth at the illusions with which each type deceives itself. We will note the inherent similarities and differences between the personality types and discuss how the different types interact with their environment in both healthy and compulsive ways.
