Now that you have a better understanding about cooking, continue the growth. Practice, improve, and expand your skills by working with meats, chicken and vegetables. Roast Salmon with Herb Mustard Sauce, Flank Steak with Saucey Mushrooms, Jerk Chicken with Mango Habenero Salsa. Try your skills on sautéed spinach with Mornay Sauce and Rice Pilaf and finish with a chocolate Soufflé. Note: A food fee of $15 will be collected at the start of the class meeting.
