Students can register for Osher Memberships online but online registration is not available for Osher classes.  Please contact the registration office to register for Osher classes.

Grilling and Smoking [03262] Not sure how to smoke a salmon. Do you use your grill for steaks and nothing else? If so, have we got a class for you! Learn how to grill Clams with Green Chile Lime Cilantro Butter and make a grilled Blackened Tomato Cream Soup, Dallas-style Grilled Flank Steak, Smoked Sacramento Pesto Salmon and delicious Herb-Smoked Pork Tenderloin on Sautéed Mushrooms are a few dishes.
