Students can register for Osher Memberships online but online registration is not available for Osher classes.  Please contact the registration office to register for Osher classes.

Quick and Easy Cooking [03265] Here are some New Mexican flavors with a twist. These are all fast recipes to prepare and generally have five or less ingredients, already in your pantry. They are great for just treating your family, or for entertaining. Blackened Tomato Cream Soup, Garlic and Chipotle sauced Herbed Chicken, Jalapeno Chevre Wraps, Cinnamon Chile seared Salmon with Mango Salsa, Cinnamon Fudge Cakes with Cocoa Whipped Cream.
