Courses: Personal Enrichment: Bonne Cuisine

Northern Italian Cuisine [03266] This class will be a demonstration and some "hands-on" participation. Italian cuisine is more than red sauce and garlic. Simple, elegant meals for family and friends will be demonstrated as well as timing, ease of preparation and planning. Note: A food fee of $15 will be collected at the start of the class meeting.
