This is an introduction to East Indian cooking. We will learn about the spices and unusual ingredients used in this cooking, as well as produce a delicious menu. Muligatawney Soup, Moghul Braised Chicken, Sweet Saffron Rice Pilaf, Cucumber Yogurt Salad, Sweet Carrot Pudding. Note: A food fee of $15 will be collected at the start of the class meeting.
