In this class, we bring together a variety of breakfast items to prepare a quick and delicious dinner. The menu includes poori, fried bread made with wheat flour; channa masala, chickpeas in a spiced tomato-onion sauce, and a dessert of shrikhand, sweetened hung yoghurt flavored with cardamom and saffron.
