Much of the original Cuban cuisine that we now know was strongly influenced by southern Spain, it also containes strong African, French and even some Chinese traits. Join us and learn to make frijoles negros, ropa vieja, cuban sandwiches and fricase de pollo. Note: A food fee of $15 will be collected at the beginning of the class meeting.
