Good sleep is essential for maintaining our health and well-being. This course will teach you about healthy sleep and provide natural techniques to sleep better and feel well-rested. A simple breathing meditation will be taught that has been demonstrated to improve sleep in a published research study.
This is a FREE session, open to everyone with an interest in wellness and health.
