Use Microsoft Project 2013 as your Project Management Information System (PMIS). Learn how to outline and build a specific project plan step-by-step, incorporating complex relationships between tasks and resources. Design a Work Breakdown Structure to ensure completion of the project, set realistic schedules, make accurate estimates, and manage the expectations of customers. Prerequisite: Basic computer experience. Textbook Provided:  Microsoft Project 2013: The Missing Manual, 1st ed., Bonnie Biafore.

Required text:  Microsoft Project 2013: The Missing Manual, 1st ed., Bonnie Biafore. (This book is also required for the MS Project Module 1, 2, and Project Reports courses.) Textbook is provided in this course.
