This advanced course will focus on building trust communication and cooperation in the workplace. Discover what violence looks like in the work place. Learn the basic requirements that small businesses and large corporations need to comply with State and Federal fair employment practice laws mandates and how the use of mediation can address issues of bullying, discrimination and harassment. This course will also include how to design and implement Alternative Dispute Resolution programs in the workplace 
 This is part of the 64hrs Mediation & Conflict Resolution Specialist Certificate. Prerequisite: Course40110, 40111, and 40113
