Major companies like Google and Apple develop all of their products using a user-centered design approach. Using this approach to understand and refine the user experience (UX) results in more effective products that outperform system-centered designs. Understanding UX research and design methods is now an expectation of most software and web development companies. Learn how to research who your users really are and what they truly need. Prerequisite: 51101 or 54101 or basic computer experience.
