The United States has the most expensive and dysfunctional health care system in the world.  The other advanced industrialized countries cover their entire populations, have better health outcomes, while paying less than sixty percent of what the US pays.  Will the “Medicare for All” choice favored by progressives solve the major problems or is the dysfunction too deeply rooted and require more comprehensive reforms?
