Undo tension, pain and stress long-term by learning how to respond rather than react to all of life's activities. How we react from moment to moment shows up in our body as excess tension which can lead to postural misalignment, repetitive stress injury and chronic stress conditions. This introduction to The Alexander Technique, a hands-on modality with a set of guiding principles, will inform you of how we interfere with optimal functioning of the mind, body and spirit. I will demonstrate how changing your thinking, while creating new neural pathways, changes your life.
