Use Microsoft Project 2016 as your Project Management Information System (PMIS). Learn how to outline and build a specific project plan step-by-step, incorporating complex relationships between tasks and resources. Design a Work Breakdown Structure to ensure completion of the project, set realistic schedules, make accurate estimates, and manage the expectations of customers. Prerequisite: Basic computer experience. Required text:  Microsoft Project 2016: Step by Step, 1st ed., Carl Chatfield & Timothy Johnson. (This book is also required for the MS Project Module 1, 2, and 3) The textbook is only provided in MS Module 1 class.
