Mindfulness for the millennium will provide answers, insights and step by step clear instructions to help you understand what mindfulness is and what it is not, why its gaining popularity and how to integrate it into your life and daily activities.This class offers simple and straightforward forms of mindfulness meditations that can be done by anyone in 10-20 mins a day. Through a combination of enlightening lectures & teachings, a variety of mindfulness practices & reflection you will take home a conceptual understanding of timeless wisdom as well as your own new experiential insight.
