This class series is geared to the older beginner or those dealing with painful knees or feet, arthritis, osteoporosis, issues of balance or the proverbial mid-life crisis. You will learn to use commonly available props and modified yoga postures to address these conditions and bring more awareness, vitality and relaxation into your life.
