We live in the troposphere as does Earth’s weather.  Heat (energy) from the Sun drives the weather, but the Sun warms the Earth very non-uniformly with most heat in the tropics.  What impact does this have on global air circulation and weather?  What impact does this have on patterns of Hurricanes and the pattern of El Nino/La Nina?   Curiously Equator to Polar circulation cells divide the planet into distinct regions: clouds/precipitation or clear/deserts.  Between these regions are the Jet Streams.
